SALON ETIQUETTE

For any massage or facial appointments, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment, so you can fill out any relevant forms and relax and unwind before your treatment.

For any other appointment we ask that you arrive on time.

Please put your mobile phones on silent so you can switch off from the outside world for a moment of peace and quiet.

CHILDREN

As much as we love children we kindly ask that you don’t bring your child along to your appointment. It is very important to us that we provide a quiet and stress-free environment for all our clients to relax and unwind…. quite often they are escaping their own children for an hour or so!

Children under the age of 16 will have to be accompanied by an adult if coming for a treatment and a consent form must be signed by a parent.

PATCH TESTS

For all new clients having eye treatments such as Eyelash Tints, Eyebrow Tints, LVL Lashes and HD Brows, we will require you to have a patch test at least 48hours prior to your 1st treatment.

Please note that the Government guidelines have also changed regarding tint tests and we therefore ask that if you have had Covid-19 and / or have had the Covid vaccine we will also require you to have another tint test as this is classed as a change in your medical history.

DEPOSITS

We kindly ask for a 50% deposit to secure your booking with us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that 48 hours notice must be given prior to cancellation of any appointments. If the correct notice is not given you will loose your pre-paid deposit or a course treatment will be forfeited. If enough notice is given we will happily keep your deposit on your account to use on future appointments.

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than 48hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of your appointment cost will occur.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Please note that our gift vouchers have a 6month expiry date. We do encourage to you to schedule your appointment in plenty of time before your expiry date and not leave it to the last minute. Failure to book in your gift voucher treatment within the 6 month expiry, will result in you losing your voucher or your voucher value being reduced to 50%. Should you have an issue and need to extend your voucher then please do get in touch with us in plenty of time prior to your expiry date. Extensions may be given at the salon owners discretion. Gift vouchers can only be used against treatments only. Vouchers towards products are not excepted. Upon booking your treatment, we do ask that you give your voucher code (found in the bottom right-hand corner) to the therapist booking your appointment. Vouchers cannot be purchased with any other gift vouchers. You may redeem your voucher in part payments, just as long as your voucher is fully redeemed by the expiry date. Any value left on the voucher past the expiry date will be lost.

HEALTH CARE / INJURIES

If you are suffering with any illness / injuries or allergies, please let your therapist know upon booking as some treatments may not be suitable for you.

PREGNANCY

Please let your therapist know if you are expecting. We cannot carry out any massages if you are in your first trimester. Some other treatments may also not be suitable for you during these times, however certain treatments may be tailored to your individual needs. If you have any concerns, please speak to us prior to your treatment and we will do our best to make you feel as safe and as comfortable as we can.
